WE ARE HIRE TELECALLER OR COUNSELLOR FOR OUR IMMIGRATION COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES OF COUNSELLOR:-

1. Candidate should have knowledge about various immigration and visa aspects.

2. Consult and call fresh clients on their enquiries.

3. Explain them the right Immigration Process.

4. Clear all their doubts

5. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.

6. Provide correct consultation services to address the potential client's interest in Immigration and Visas.

7. Consultation will mainly by email and telephone conversations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TELECALLER :-

1. Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

2. To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.

3. Counselling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries.

4. Convert leads to admissions.

5. Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries.
