Qualification & Skills required:-

Any graduate

Candidates must be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi language.

1-2 years of experience in Customer handling / telecalling / general admin and accounting.

Good in computer typing and computer knowledge (MS-word, excel).

Knowledge of social media handling like facebook, whatsapp, emailing etc.

Roles & Responsibility:-

To call and generate appointments for Sales Managers for painting orders / contracts.

To generate leads and maintain a database on excel sheet or any other CRM software.

To maintain the accountability and stock of paints and other allied painting material.

To call the vendors to get bulk paint purchase rates, painting material and delivery etc.

To interact with the client to get their feedback on the painting service & new Referrals.

Daily reporting to Superiors and Weekly review Meeting.

To generate Bills/ Invoices for customers & vendors and to maintain the records of Bookkeeping.
