Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle Incoming calls & enquires.

• Calling & addressing enquires.

• Maintain track of incoming enquires and the responses to the same.

• Connecting the calls to the required department and concern person to further address the query.

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Maintaining and updating complete data of the same.

• Candidates having patience and empathy to deal with customers

• Responsible for portraying the company image and also client conversion

• The above role is preferred only for Work From Office

Desired Candidate Profile

• Dynamic candidate with good command of Spoken Hindi & Basic English to work as tele caller

• Qualification- Puc, Any Degree

• Experience - fresher or experienced
