Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end post sale activity from booking to possession, coordinating the daily work activity with the team, monitor and reporting on performance targets collection report. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities:
Making Outbound sales calls and schedule Meetings for prospective plans.
Ability to make customer relation and provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
Handle all E-mail and incoming calls from customers, give quality information about the company’s projects.
Having strong follow up with existing data and maintained Daily MIS and database.
Responsible for all customer interactions, resolving customer queries.
Answer sales calls and handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
Desire Skills: : Strong communication skill, Maintain Client relation, strong follow-up ability,
Positive attitude, presentable skill, Ambitious and Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener etc.
