Designation Operator/Junior Operator (Tele Collection)

Salary Budget Opportunity to earn upto Lacs per annum + upto 60,000 annual incentives, PF & ESI benefits

Lucrative salary increments every 6 months basis performance.

Location Majestic Omnia. A-110, 1st Floor, Near HDFC Corporate Building, Noida Sector 4, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities

Follow up on accounts assigned to contact customers, inform them about their overdue/ upcoming dues and get them to pay and regularize their repayments.

Identify potential skips and fraud cases and escalate all irregularities in accounts to the attention of the Reporting Manager

Follow up promises to ensure payments are received. Focus on resolving and responding to customer queries.
