Designation – Operator/Junior Operator (Tele Collection)

Salary Budget – Opportunity to earn upto Lacs per annum + upto 60,000 annual incentives, PF & ESI benefits

Lucrative salary increments every 6 months basis performance.

Location – Majestic Omnia. A-110, 1st Floor, Near HDFC Corporate Building, Noida – Sector 4, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on accounts assigned to contact customers, inform them about their overdue/ upcoming dues and get them to pay and regularize their repayments.

• Identify potential skips and fraud cases and escalate all irregularities in accounts to the attention of the Reporting Manager

• Follow up promises to ensure payments are received. Focus on resolving and responding to customer queries.
