Location - Sector 63 , Noida

Preferred only FEMALE candidates.

Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Handling calls, emails, and answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

Good English Communication skills
