We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 2 Years of Experience.
Candidates must have experience in dealing with parents/students and convincing them to enroll in the Courses.
Experience in selling E-Learning Courses and Learning Materials is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Study the details of each offering and remain abreast of updates to these offerings.
Organized the leads(Phone/Email) obtained via different sources.
Coordinate with Parents and then coordinate withFaculty to a demo session.
Follow up with the Parent post demo and convince them to buy the Course.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Research and Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes
