Job Description
• We are searching for an engaged Telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.
Roles and Responsibility
• Understanding the organization and its products and services
• Contacting the customer on a real-time basis and understanding the requirement.
• Offering for required products, negotiating for the same if required.
• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals; contact details
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items
• Managing all activities starting from lead generation up to the delivery of material
• Handling all online trading portals like Indian Mart, Tade India, and Export India, etc.
• Maintain calling database
• Addressing clients; uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
• Noting important details of each conversation
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
• Building and maintaining effective business relations with the customer
• Converting all possible prospects and leads to potential customers
• Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
