We are seeking a Junior Telecaller to join our team to make outbound calls and generate leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a self-starter and have a desire to learn and grow in a sales support role.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in the CRM system
Follow up with leads to ensure timely follow-through by the sales team
Assist with the scheduling of appointments for sales representatives
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
Requirements:
12th pass or equivalent
0-1 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work well in a team environment
