Job Description

. Responsible for tele calling and tele counselling process

 Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different

source and counsel them for admissions.

 Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program

information.

 Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses.

 Supporting counsellors to convert Walk-ins to admissions.

 Provide support to other departments at the centres as and when required.

 Any other tasks/activities as and when assigned by the HOD/ Management
