We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our SSL Computer Education Team.

• We are looking for well stuffed candidate who is having strong experience in customer support, matrimony, bank insurance telecalling Team, Retail customer support.

Responsibilities

• Getting the base data from the marketing Team and call to the concern persons accordingly.

• Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.

• Answering phones and explaining the Education services offered by the company.

• Resolving queries and issues related to the Education services.

• Making recordings of all the phone calls and deals.

• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis

• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
