We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our SSL Computer Education Team.

We are looking for well stuffed candidate who is having strong experience in customer support, matrimony, bank insurance telecalling Team, Retail customer support.

Responsibilities

Getting the base data from the marketing Team and call to the concern persons accordingly.

Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.

Answering phones and explaining the Education services offered by the company.

Resolving queries and issues related to the Education services.

Making recordings of all the phone calls and deals.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis

Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
