- We are looking for a Tele Caller/Tele Sales Executive for Software & IT Industry. The candidate must be Smart, Confident & Ready to take Target and work under Pressure. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sale of IT services. The applicant must have prior experience in lead generation campaigns, acquiring new customers through a variety of channels, nurturing leads, and follow-ups.
Candidates should have the ability to maintain good relationships with our new and existing customers. Candidate should be responsible for research, track, and update the leads through various channels to achieve sales and revenue.
Desired Skills:
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fresher/experience both can apply. Experienced candidates should have experience in telesales of IT services, inbound and outbound.
• Should be flexible in delivering their work day by day
• Effective telephone manner
• Must be ready to take Targets
Responsibilities -
• Calling the Leads and understanding their requirement
• Sharing project details with the client, and convincing the client to come for a Site Visit
• Follow-up with the client, till the Site Visit
• After the site visit, follow-up with the client and try to close the deal
Qualification: Any graduate with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and ledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be preferred.
