Deliver quality customer service by responding to all internal & external stakeholders inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.

Escalate problems to Team Leader on timely manner

Skills:

2. Must be at least 10+2 pass

3. Should have basic knowledge to operate computer.

4. Should have the basic working knowledge of MS-Office tools

5. Banking/ Financial calling experience preferred

6. Immediate joinee preferred

At Kolkata - Candidates must possess good oral communication in Bengali & Hindi.
