• Calling the customers and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data to understand their requirements

• Responding to inquiries concerning the product

• Resolving queries related to the products and services

• Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.

Candidates should be willing to work on Sundays. Tuesdays will be fixed off.
