ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Job Purpose
~Strengthening the Company's Business interests in the Marketplace
~Form the vital link between the Company and Customers
~Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management
2. Principal Accountabilities
1. Sales & Collection
~Identifying the overall potential for the territory
~Selling the entire product range
~Identifying cross selling / upselling opportunities at both direct and indirect accounts
~Innovative customer focused offerings to gain customer / market share
~Understanding market operating prices as well as dealer ROI / margin structure
~Timely collection of dues
~Monitoring over dues and streamlining the accounts
~Ledger review with the team
~Optimize the credit limits and ad hoc requests
~Periodic updates and reports on the market activities to the brand manager
2. Implementing the business strategy of the company
~Liaising with technical team for right product offerings and upgradation
~Using sales tools and report for regular analysis
~Effective utilization of the marketing and promotional material
3. Customer management
~Managing customer relationships with key stake holders
~Engage with customers with new product and service offering
~Understanding short and long term customer business projections
~Engagement with senior and mid-level management of the customers
4. Forecasting and periodic sales planning aligned with key market intelligence and branch objectives.
