Job Description for Tele Caller / Counselor
The applicant should have the ability to:
Enrolling students for courses offered by the Institute
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Telephone, whatsapp, emails.
Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.
Ensure proper campus visit of parents, students.
Key Skills:
Ability to Counseling, Administration, inbound /outbound calling of admission queries handling.
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 12th / Graduate passed from a recognized board/ university.
2 years experience in Tele calling, Counseling, Marketing etc.
