We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into customers and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists or databases.
Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers in a persuasive and professional manner.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages to meet their requirements.
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and sales.
Record and maintain detailed and accurate information about customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve team goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and achieve personal and team performance targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in the local language(s) with good command of English.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Result-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently.
