· Handle phone calls from existing and potential customers.

· Calling potential customers and explaining the product details.

· Maintaining records of the calls made and following up on them as required.

· Dealing with after-sale support and issues of the product.

Required Skills:

· Experience in automobile industry is a plus.

· Very good interpersonal skills

· Should be fluent in speaking Telugu and Hindi

· Basic computer skills: MS Excel/Word/Office/Outlook.
