Make cold calls to customer - handle both outbound/inbound calls and attending queries

Provide information over telephone and mail to leads provided by the digital team.

Planning, forecasting and lining up of meetings with prospective clients for further discussions.

Identifying and calling on new leads and set up meetings

Researching the relevant Clients as per Business Module

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Preparing and Configuring for Business presentations

Developing sales goals

Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills Preference for English Hindi.

Telephone etiquette
