Telecaller

Job Description

As a Telecaller (Renewal Calling), your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing customers and facilitate the renewal of their internet service subscriptions. You will be responsible for establishing positive customer relationships, understanding their needs, and convincing them to renew their contracts. You will play a vital role in achieving our company's renewal targets and maintaining high customer retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outgoing calls to existing customers to discuss the renewal of their internet service subscriptions.

Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening skills.

Understand customer requirements and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their existing services.

Explain the benefits of renewing their internet service contracts and highlight any special offers or promotions available.

Provide accurate information about pricing, service plans, and upgrade options to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, including call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with the sales team and customer support representatives to resolve any technical or billing issues that may affect the customer's decision to renew.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly renewal targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and position our services as the best choice.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, emerging trends, and potential areas for improvement in our renewal processes.
