Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products or services

Answering inbound calls from customers or clients and handling their inquiries or concerns

Gathering information about potential customers or clients and updating customer databases

Maintaining records of calls made and sales generated

Meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas

Providing product or service information to customers or clients
