• Make outbound calls to customers and explain our products/services.

• Follow scripts and pre-determined sales processes to convert prospects into customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software.

• Continuously update product knowledge to provide the best customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Receive inbound calls from customers and assist them in resolving their queries or issues.

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.

• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
