Responsibilities
Possess strong knowledge of Tradyl to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
Study the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
Identifying leads, reaching out to potential buyers to schedule high quality leads for sales
Making sure that the quality of calls is high and requirements are taken in detail
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Apply a superlative customer experience attitude on all interactions.
Be able to establish a positive rapport with the leads
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing..
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised university
Prior experience in sales roles will be an add-on.
Proficient in spoken English
Completion of a sales-related training program (Optional).
Technical Know-How (basics)
Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences
Superb verbal communication for higher conversion
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Capacity to hold responsibility and convert leads for the business.
Flexible Working – (WFH/Office in Bengaluru)
Should be available for Night Shifts – For US Calls.
Fixed Monthly Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives.
