Roles & Responsibilities:
Job description
Job Objective: The objective of this role is to pass the information to the already registered members of the platform via calling.
Connect & engage with the registered users via a calling process
Talk about the usability of the platform & ask the user to register
Achieve targets by app download off the users.
Maintain call quality standards as per defined matrices
Out-dial 50-75 customers daily. Liaison with customer for up selling and cross selling.
Handle customer queries.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information
Required Skills:
Good communication skills

Strong convincing skills
Client handling skills
Fluency in English & Hindi
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in inside sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
