Telesales

1. Answering the phone & explaining the product and services offer by company

2. Contacting existing customer as well as prospective customer using scripts

3. Obtaining customer information and other related data

4. Asking questions to customer and understanding their specification

5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services

6. Making recording of all the sales phones calls and sales Deals

7. Taking and processing the product order in a professional manner

8. Maintenance the database of the customer on regular basis
