WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING TELECALLER, COUNSELLOR

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

2. To counsel clients about visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.

3. Counselling the clients and parents about the courses offered by the countries.

4. Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries.

5. Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.

6. Following up on the prospective clients over the phone.

7. Follow-up on the leads till registration.

8. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
