WE ARE LOOKING TELECALLER OR COUNSELLOR FOR OUR IMMIGRATION COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TELECALLER :-

1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company

2. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

3. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

4. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

5. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

6. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF COUNSELLOR:-

1. Making sales call and meeting clients.

2. Helping clients understand immigration procedures for Canada and Australia permanent residency.

3. Explaining clients and candidates about the various immigration visa process

4. Regular follow up on enquiries received.

5. Identify, resolve queries handling objections of clients.

6. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
