SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

Handling the clients doubts and questions.

Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.

Following up on the prospective clients over the phone.

Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

Follow-up on the leads till registration.

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
