Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our geotechnical services and generate interest.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients, including accurate contact information and call history.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert them into qualified appointments.
Listen to clients' needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information about our geotechnical services.
Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and company offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversion.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and appointment details.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve telemarketing strategies and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish relationships with potential clients.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
