Job Description

1. Telecalling:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our services.

• Provide product information, answer customer queries, and address concerns.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.

2. Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through telecalling efforts.

• Collect and record relevant customer information accurately.

• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

3. Back Office Support:

• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and record keeping.

• Update customer profiles and maintain an organized database.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of customer issues

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

• Maintain accurate records of telecalling activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

• Provide regular updates to the management regarding call volumes, leads generated, and customer feedback.
