Job Description

A Tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and will be responsible for generating walk-ins.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Explaining the product features to prospective students

• Fixing appointment for further counseling

• Calling on leads generated through different sources

• Generating Walk-ins

• Outbound calling

• Cold calling for lead generation

Skills Required

• Good Communication and coordination skills

• Should be target oriented, focused, proactive and keen Learner

• Excellent computer knowledge

• Experience in the field of education is an add on.
