Role Description

ZINOKART is looking for full-time on-site Telecallers in Hyderabad. The Telecaller's primary responsibility includes answering customer inquiries, providing information about our company's services to clients, and scheduling deliveries. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining customer records and addressing any customer complaints.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center environments.

Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and customers.

Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Basic computer skills and experience with customer management software or databases.

Ability to work well in a team environment and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technology.
