Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to MSME customers from a provided database, introducing our loan offerings.
Explain the benefits of Secured and Unsecured Loans for their business needs.
Understand customer profiles and assess initial eligibility over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned call and conversion targets.
Mandatory:
2+ years of telecalling experience in an NBFC handling business loans.
Strong knowledge of Secured and Unsecured Loan products, especially for MSMEs.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and additional regional languages (preferred).
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
