Education: Minimum HSC (12th) Pass
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for leading organizations such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, IDFC Bank, Bank of India, Mahindra, Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company, Axis Bank, and TATA AIG.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
• Explain products/services, including banking solutions, insurance plans, and financial investments, with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets while adhering to quality standards.
Requirements:
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
• Education: Minimum HSC (12th) pass.
• Customer Service Orientation: A positive, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn and work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Confidence: Ability to handle objections and present solutions persuasively.
