Role & Responsibilities:

Student Engagement: Counsel and convince prospective students to join the academy by effectively explaining the benefits of our government exam coaching programs.

Offer Explanation: Provide detailed information about current offers, discounts, and admission procedures to potential students.

Promote Academy: Highlight the academy's unique preparation methods, teaching quality, and success stories to attract students.

Inquiry Handling: Address inquiries via phone, in person, or through digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for the students.

Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with students who have shown interest to ensure their queries are addressed and to guide them through the enrollment process.

Marketing Support: Assist the academy in promoting its services through social media, events, and other promotional activities.

Student Guidance: Provide basic guidance and initial support on how to approach the preparation for government exams, helping students align their goals with our coaching services.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner

Persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into enrollments

Basic knowledge of government exam patterns and preparation methods (training will be provided)

Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
