Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, persuasive, and articulate Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, gather information, and address customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales and call targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Sales and Promotions: Explain product features and benefits, answer customer questions, and persuade customers to purchase products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings and customer service.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
