Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared sales script.
Introduce products/services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
Identify customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
Engage in active listening to understand customer requirements and address their concerns.
Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
Follow up with customers via phone or email to close sales or provide additional information.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements:-
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
