We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Tele-caller to join our team in BHOPAL, MADHYA PRADESH. This role is crucial in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our ISO certification services. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone, effectively communicating the benefits of ISO certification, and building rapport to secure qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to businesses to introduce our ISO certification services.
Clearly and persuasively explain the value proposition and advantages of ISO certification.
Identify key decision-makers and understand their specific needs and challenges related to quality management and business improvement.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Accurately record call outcomes and maintain a detailed database of leads and interactions.
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team to conduct further discussions.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
Stay updated on the latest ISO standards and industry trends.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Hindi and English proficiency preferred).
Proven ability to communicate confidently and persuasively over the phone.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
A high level of confidence and a positive attitude.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Basic computer literacy and comfortable using CRM or lead management systems.
Prior experience in tele-calling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
