We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele callers to join our Immigration team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communicating with potential clients, providing information about immigration procedures, and assisting them in choosing the best options for their visa ide expert advice to clients regarding immigration and visa processes (student visas, work permits, tourist visas, etc.).
Understand client needs and help them choose the most suitable immigration pathway.
Guide clients in the preparation of required documents, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Explain the visa application process clearly, assisting with the completion of application forms and providing feedback.
Keep clients informed about application progress and ensure timely submissions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering continuous support throughout the application process.
Stay updated on immigration laws, visa categories, and policy changes.
Achieve conversion targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide follow-up assistance after submission of applications and keep clients informed of status updates.
