Job Description:
As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and maintaining customer relationships. This entry-level position is well-suited for individuals who are looking to start their careers in the sales and marketing domain.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide regular reports on call logs, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback to the sales manager or team lead.
2. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales targets set by the company to contribute to its overall growth.
3. Update the customer database regularly with relevant information gathered during interactions with potential clients.
4. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into prospective buyers.
5. Make proactive outbound calls to individuals and businesses from the provided leads list to introduce the company's real estate projects and services.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
2. Good communication in English & Other languages would be plus.
3. Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customers' needs and tailor the conversation accordingly.
4. Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
5. Basic Computer Skills.
