#### Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, capable of engaging with clients in the US market during US shift timings.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the US to promote our IT services and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document call details and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer inquiries and suggestions for service improvements.
#### Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work US shift hours.
