**Job Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing our products and services.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide relevant information.

- Promote and cross-sell various services offered by Tovite Technologies.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into potential clients.

- Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to overcome concerns.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, polite, and professional phone manner.

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer interaction.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
