Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecallers to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into service opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Make outgoing calls to prospective clients and explain our elder care services.

Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Follow up with clients for service coordination and feedback.

Maintain and update client database on a regular basis.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Coordinate with field teams for service delivery when required.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil fluency preferred).

Positive attitude with customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (optional but preferred).

Qualifications:

Education: Any Degree / Diploma (No specific educational background required if communication skills are strong).

Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
