Job Description:

TechMintLab is seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for female candidates who have excellent communication skills and are eager to contribute to the success of our sales and customer service efforts.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce TechMintLab's services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.

Maintain a detailed record of calls made and responses received.

Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Provide accurate information about our services and answer client questions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Good listening skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
