Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecalling and Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain products/services and their benefits to customers

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Maintain a database of customer information and interactions

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales

Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally

Prepare and submit daily reports to the team leader or manager

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate

Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus

Good communication skills in [mention language(s): ., Hindi, English]

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, etc.)

Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
