Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound domestic calls to potential students and parents.

Provide detailed information about our educational services and course offerings.

Answer inquiries, resolve doubts, and guide students through enrollment procedures.

Follow up on leads and ensure prompt follow-through to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Maintain detailed records of calls and feedback using our CRM system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive, persuasive tone.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.

A target-driven approach with a passion for achieving sales or lead conversion goals.
