We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our dynamic team and help us drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote our interior design services.

Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and offers to customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving any queries.

Follow up with prospects and leads to generate appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and customer engagement.

Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback and contribute to the overall success of the companys outreach campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a Telecaller or in a customer service/sales role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in [insert relevant languages].

Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
