Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products or services, addressing their inquiries, and ultimately persuading them to take the desired action.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists or leads.
Introduce products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and address them effectively.
Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or attend events.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer.(Minimum 6 months)
Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude and resilience in handling objections and rejection.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
