Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students, job seekers, and professionals to promote SkillMan Academy’s training programs.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admission processes, fees, and other details.
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure conversions.
Maintain and update the database of interested candidates.
Achieve monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address student queries professionally.
Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
