Position: Telecaller

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Present our products and services persuasively to prospects.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Keep records of all interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and convert leads into customers.

Strong listening and negotiation skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not required.
